2nd Annual Sedona Yoga Festival, a consciousness evolution conference

February 6-10, 2014 

The Sedona Yoga Festival is honored to be named a Signature Event by the Sedona Chamber of Commerce in its inaugural year and pleased to announce the the 2nd Annual Event is now scheduled.  Opening Ceremony is at 6:00 pm on Thursday, Sedona Creative Life Center Great Room and the closing Ceremony at 6:00 pm on Sunday (location to be determined).  We are prepared to host post-festival workshops or intensives on Monday.  Let us know at the email listed below if you or your group would like to participate...

This multi-venue event with a focus on yoga and the expansion of consciousness, will be hosted throughout town, with a central meeting space that will have food, beverage, the vendor village, registration, hangout space... and a free festival within a festival with yoga, music, dance, kirtan, martial arts, sacred circus, demos and things for the kids to enjoy!    

The Schedule will offer 108 workshops and events, by over 100 presenters.  Kirtan included every evening, along with Ecstatic Dance parties, and Keynotes will keep you conscious into the night.  Shuttles and ride-shares will be available to help you get around the short distances between venues. Known for its tangible regenerative and inspirational effects, deep spirituality and vortex energy, Sedona, Arizona welcomes you with an open heart.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Shuttles and ride-shares will be available.  Distance between venues is small and parking is ample at each venue.

What can/can't I bring to the event?

Please be judicious in your experience, recognizing the sanctified and theraputic nature of this healing and transformative event.  Please leave the perfumes and scents, as some are deeply affected by them.

What is the refund policy?

TERMS OF SALE: Customer assumes all risk or danger incidental to the festival, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to, the actual Sedona Yoga Festival & Healing Arts Conference activities. In order to be admitted to an event, each Customer must present an I.D. or receipt, to the applicable venue at the appropriate time. Entry may be refused for various reasons, including misconduct, intoxication, etc., as determined by the Producer.

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES: All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased will be made. This is a rain or shine event. Event Cancellation or Changes. Sedona Yoga Festival & Healing Arts Conference may change the scheduled teachers, presenters, performers or change the event date or venue without notice, and any such change will not be considered a cancellation of the performance. Where events are held at outdoor venues, the risk of inclement weather is assumed by the Customer. Events may be held regardless of weather conditions, as determined by the venue operator and/or event promoter. Sedona Yoga Festival & Healing Arts Conference may need to modify the terms of this Agreement, and is granted the right to do so at any time. Only passes and/or tickets purchased directly from Sedona Yoga Festival & Healing Arts Conference are valid. No smoking, alcohol, pets, weapons, ice chests, coolers, glass or styrofoam are allowed on host property premises. 

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

No, Thank you.  Everyone must have a ticket with their name on it and present it at registration in exchange for festival identification..  This is very important for smooth and efficient registration, class check ins, etc.  See above if you need to transfer the ticket to someone else, or contact us at the email address above and we can assist you.
